The answer to this question depends.
- Daily reports are sent starting at 8 AM.
- Weekly reports start being sent at 9 AM.
- Monthly reports are sent on the 1st of the month, starting at 11 AM.
The timezone is based on your GA or Facebook Ads account. If you have none, it will be sent at those times in the EST timezone (more specifically, America/Montreal).
The reporting period for reports will be based on your schedule, so a daily report covers data from the past day, a weekly report covers data from the past week, and a monthly report covers data from the past month.
